About Me
With leadership experience in education and the arts, I have managed and advised large- and small-scale projects to establish multi-school and multi-state training opportunities for arts, non-arts, and special education classrooms. I have consulted with cultural arts organizations to develop, expand, and promote their arts education offerings to their arts and non-arts community.
My experience spans PreK-12th grade classroom instruction, graduate and undergraduate university instruction, community leadership for non-profit arts organizations, and leadership for non-arts organizations in collaboration with cultural arts organizations.
These experiences combined, have shaped my thinking, research and focus on learning in and through the arts.
Thanks for stopping by. I hope you will also visit my blog. Perhaps you'll find something there that causes you to ponder, question, and reflect on your own arts learning experiences. It is my hope that collectively we will continue to explore, expand, and refine our knowledge of the impact of the arts both inside and outside the arena of traditional learning environments.
